Poor Product Quality and CustomerService

"Purchased set which was delivered today only to find the nozzle wasn’t screwed on, leaked all over box and face clothe that came in kit. Over 1/4 of bottle was gone. Contacted customer service and they asked for me to mail back a leaking bottle and soaked box. I paid for expedited shipping and now I have to take time to get a new box and drive to post office or UPS. Very disappointing experience to have to go above abx spend my own time to rectify Tata’s quality and shipping issue."
