Returns
U.S. & U.S. Territories:
Our goal is to help you find the products that are the perfect fit for your skin, health & lifestyle. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products and will accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase. If a gift card was used as part of your payment, the gift card portion will not be refunded. All purchases with a gift card are final sale.
All returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of the return label being emailed - otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund or send out another return label. Any Tata Rewards points associated with returned items will be deducted from your points total and will no longer be available for redemption.
We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused. Any finding of abuse of our policies shall be in our sole discretion and is not appealable. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons and methods, other than to inform the consumer that the refund request is being refused for abuse of our return policy. Note that any returns sent in that were not authorized by our team or do not meet the return criteria will be recycled/disposed of.
We are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, please contact them directly.
European Union:
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after your order is delivered, in accordance with EU consumer law. To exercise your right to withdraw, please notify our Concierge Team within 14 days of delivery. You may do this using our EU Withdrawal Form or another clear statement via email or another durable medium. Once we receive your notification, we will confirm receipt and provide instructions for returning your order
Only certain products are eligible for return under the EU hygiene exception. Products that are sealed to ensure their integrity and quality may be returned only if the seal remains unbroken and the product is unused. Orders delivered more than 14 days ago are not eligible for return. You can view the full list of EU return-eligible products here.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless otherwise stated, and proof of shipment, such as a tracking number, is required for us to process the return. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase and will be processed only after we have received the returned product and confirmed that it is sealed and eligible for return. Delivery costs for the original shipment are refundable only if the item is returned under the EU right to withdraw, unless a more expensive shipping method was selected. Any product not on the eligible product list, or for which the seal has been broken or the product has been used beyond basic inspection, is not eligible for return.
All other countries and territories:
We do not accept returns for orders placed outside of the U.S. & U.S. territories and European Union at this time.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any items.
What are the steps to return products?
U.S. & U.S. Territories:
1. Submit Your Return
If you would like to return an item purchased on our website, please click here or head to: https://tataharperskincare.loopreturns.com
Be sure to have your order number and email address used to place the order handy as you will need both to initiate your return. Once your return has been submitted, our team will review it and you will be sent an email with a link to view your return and print your return label.
All domestic returns must be initiated through our returns portal. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been submitted through our returns portal or with the prepaid return label provided.
2. Pack and Send Your Return
Please safely pack the products in a shipping box or padded shipping envelope. Affix the prepaid return label to the box and ship it back to us via your local UPS or a UPS Drop Box location.
All returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of the return label being emailed - otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund.
3. Receive Your Refund
Once your return has been delivered to our facility, please allow up to two weeks for our team to process your returned item(s). You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been fully processed and refunded.

2. Notify Us Within 14 Days
Contact our team at info@tataharper.com (or via another durable medium) within 14 days of delivery to inform us of your decision to withdraw.

3. Wait for Confirmation
Once we receive your notification, we will confirm receipt and verify whether your product is eligible for return. Our team will provide detailed instructions for returning your order, including where to send your item(s).
4. Receive Your Refund
Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it will be inspected by our team. If the product is eligible for return and the seal is intact, you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been fully processed and refunded. Note that any returns sent in that were not authorized by our team or do not meet the return criteria will be recycled/disposed of.
