EU Returns Eligibility

The list below identifies products that may be returned exclusively by EU customers and only if the seal remains unbroken. These items fall under the EU hygiene-exception, which prevents returns once the seal has been opened. If a product is not listed here, or if the seal has been broken, it is not eligible for return under the EU right of withdrawal.

If we receive a returned item and the seal has been opened, the product will not be eligible for a refund. In accordance with EU rules, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item back and confirmed that it is sealed and meets the conditions for return.
