Can't get it all out of the bottle

"I love the moisturizer although I hate the strong odor and wish they would make unscented products. I've been using it because it's one of the few I've tried that doesn't make me break out although not using moisturizer every day also helps. The low rating is because it comes in a glass bottle with a pump that leaves a lot of this expensive moisturizer in the bottom that the pump can't get out. I have the same problem with their cleanser. Some of their products come in a jar but they are too heavy for my skin. The company must know this about their pump bottles. They make more money if people buy another bottle without having fully using the one they have. I have a lot of partially used bottles that I can't finish laying around taking up room. If they ever decide to put this in a jar I'll buy more but until then I'm switching to another brand."
